Firm News: Supporting Emergency Care in Bulgaria 

As part of our firm’s commitment to giving back to our community, we are proud to support I Believe and Help, a Bulgarian non-profit organisation dedicated to providing critical ambulance services and emergency medical support to communities in need. 

The charity’s mission is to ensure timely access to life-saving care by organising donations, including funding for new ambulances and medical equipment. Our firm provides ongoing pro bono legal advice to the organisation, helping them to navigate various regulatory, contractual, and operational challenges as they expand their impact. 

Recently, a donation for a new Mobile Blood Vehicle to the Stara Zagora Health Care Facility involved international charity organisation, dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation, contributing part of the money necessary to purchase the specialized vehicle. Ivanov & Partners provided legal support, drafting and revising all the agreements for the donations provided, as well as the agreements with Silver Star Retail JSC – Authorized Dealer and Service Center of Mercedes-Benz.
